Raw Energy Bites

Just don't call them balls, y'all.

  • 1 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups medjool pitted dates
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar


  • Blend cashews, seeds, almonds, and oats in a Vitamix or other wonder blender until fine but not absolute powder.
  • Add vanilla, salt, dates, oil, and sugar  above goodies to the first mixture and blend again until a cookie dough-type consistency is reached.
  • Roll dough into spheres (ok, balls) and dip into coconut flakes. Freeze and enjoy!
