Vegan Banana Oat Pancakes

Healthy pancakes for baby and the whole family.

  • 1 cup oats pulsed into flour
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ banana cut into small chunks
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 1 TBS canola oil
  • 3/4 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • sprinkling cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • In a blender, pulse the oats into a flour.
  • Combine all ingredients (minus the baking powder) into a bowl and mix with a hand beater.
  • Add the baking powder to the mixture and combine gently. Add more milk if you need a more runny batter.
  • Spread a teaspoon of vegan butter on a pan and cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Serve with maple syrup and/or berry compote.
