Cinnamon Peanut Butter Oats

  • 1 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dollop peanut butter
  • ¼ cup fruit
  • ¼ cup raisins


  • Bring the water and milk to boil in a small pot.
  • Add the cinnamon, salt, and oats. Stir frequently until most of the liquid has been absorbed and boiled away, about 5 minutes.
  • Scoop into bowls and add the peanut butter, fruit and raisins. Enjoy!
