Berry Protein Smoothie

Delicious smoothie packed with fruit, seeds and vegan protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach lightly packed
  • 2 cups mixed berry fruit blend frozen
  • 2 TBSP hemp seeds
  • 1 banana frozen is better
  • 1 TBSP maple syrup
  • 1 TBSP peanut butter
  • cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder I use Juice Plus Complete French Vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a Vitamix or high speed blender and blend until smooth. 

Notes

*Add less or more almond milk to get the desired thickness you want.
